As the founder and owner of Impact2Lead, LLC and the CEO of Johnson Health Center, Gary Campbell has enjoyed a career of increased responsibility in the field of Healthcare leadership, Human Resources, Procurement, Operations and Contingent Workforce Strategies. Having worked in leadership positions for Lexis Nexis, Ensemble Chimes Global, Bayer and Johnson Health Center, Gary has had the opportunityto continually leverage his passion around people development in a business setting. In 2011, he left Bayer and came to Johnson Health Center (JHC) and in 2013; he launched Impact2Leadto provide transformation based consulting services to other firms and leaders across the US. Since joining JHC, the center has enjoyed unprecedented successand growth bytransforming the culture using the Impact Leadership model and becoming the first FQHC to be recognized as an Employer of Choice by Employer of Choice International, Inc. In April, 2017, they became the recipient of a Best Places to Work award for Central Virginia. In 2018, the health center earned another recognition as one of the top nine emerging businesses in Central Virginia. In 2019, JHC has added more access tocare than at any time in their 21-year history and added another PCMH certification to the list of achievements.In addition to the recognitions, Johnson Health Center has thrived by more than doubling access to care and patient services revenue while enjoying an overall 98% patient satisfaction rate.The organizationreceived a perfect score inthe 2018 operational site visit under the new protocol and its’ patient satisfaction process was recognized by HRSA as a promising practice. Gary is currently working on two books, speaks and consults nationally on leadership, workplace strategies and motivational topics. He coaches and mentors executives along their own journey to unleash leadership potential.
