Elvin Plank MPA

Elvin Plank has been in the health center industry for over 25 years. He was the Chief Operations Officer at HealthNet Inc. in Indianapolis for 18 years before becoming the President and CEO of Indiana Health Centers, Inc. in March 2013. Since his arrival at IHC, Elvin has been working hard to develop solid working relationships with the communities served by the organization and has lead the effort for continuous quality improvement of patient care. Elvin has a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from Ball State University and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Indiana University.
