Bruce Gray is the Chief Executive Officer of the Northwest Regional Primary Care Association (NWRPCA). He has a rich background in community health at both the federal and regional levels. He started his community health career with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Bureau of Primary Health Care, Division of Community and Migrant Health. From there he came to Seattle, working with Capital Link for another four+ years as first their NW Regional Director and subsequently as their Director of State Initiatives before becoming the CEO of Northwest Regional Primary Care Association in 2004. Bruce received the NACHC 2015 Outstanding Migrant Health Center Public Service Award and holds a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Washington Evans School of Public Affairs.
