Angela Boyer is the Director of the Indiana Quality Improvement Network, a Health Center Controlled Network at the Indiana Primary Health Care Association, where she drives the transformation of health care toward the Quadruple Aim across the network’s 26 participating health centers by leveraging Health IT, data, and quality improvement strategies. Angela received her Master of Health Administration from Indiana University, where her academic concentrations were in health policy and health economics with focus on disadvantaged and medically underserved populations. As Deputy Director of the Indiana Area Health Education Centers Network, she oversaw the development of the state’s AHEC program. As Director of Administration of Government Programs at Maxicare Indiana, she ran the health plan’s Medicaid and Medicare risk-based managed care plans. Angela’s career has focused on improving access to care, developing a health workforce that is willing to serve, and improving the value of care delivered to underserved populations.
