Wilfredo Lacro

Wil Lacro, Vice President of Business Development of Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center, brings more than 15 years of fund development and management experience to the position, including senior level fundraising positions at various public benefit corporations within the Bay Area and Las Vegas. He has been responsible for implementing and evaluating comprehensive multi-year development strategies, including specific fundraising objectives (from high net-worth individuals, estate plans, foundations, corporations, and government); providing agency-wide marketing strategies that result in community engagement and community awareness; preparing annual development plans to corresponding budgets, as well as exploring and initiating funding opportunities that meet agency needs. A California native, Wil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
