Chandra Smiley MSW
Chief Executive Officer, Community Health Northwest Florida
Chandra Smiley was named CEO of Escambia Community Clinics, Inc. in Northwest Florida in 2014. She has worked in the areas of social services, community outreach and resource navigation, clinical services, grants, and business development. Chandra graduated from Auburn University in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in social work, and Florida State University in 2000 with her master's in social work. She is the past board president of the Partnership for a Healthy Community, a coalition of organizations working to improve the health status of residents. She is also the regional representative and is on the executive board of the Florida Association of Community Health Centers (FACHC), Florida’s primary care association.
