Sherwood DuBose is Board Chair for Jessie Trice CHC in Miami. He has more than 40 years of professional experience in government, business development, community development, and community revitalization. Sherwood is the President/CEO and founding member of VöA Corporation. The corporation’s core business is the distribution of medical products and supplies. The corporation has offices in Johannesburg, South Africa, through strategic partnerships, and Miami. Additionally, Sherwood has diversified into government relations consulting and international business development. For 14 years – including six years as CEO – he worked with Metro-Miami Action Plan Trust – a Miami-Dade County agency that promotes socioeconomic development in Dade’s underdeveloped Black communities. Sherwood has held other executive roles and is a community leader.
