Courtney is a user experience designer and content strategist with over a decade of experience designing for nonprofits, foundations, and government. Some of her recent clients include the Peace Corps, the American Red Cross, County Health Rankings & Roadmaps, The MacArthur Foundation, and the California Air Resources Board. Courtney currently leads the user experience team at Forum One where she manages and mentors staff, grows and improves the UX practice, and brings design thinking and strategy to project teams and clients.
