William Murphy

William Murphy is an Executive Consultant at Apicha Community Health Center, assisting the CEO and board with strategic planning. He also provides technical assistance to health care organizations implementing high impact HIV prevention such as PrEP. As a capacity building consultant at CAI Global, Inc., William has over 25 years of experience as a health center administrator, most recently as the Executive Director of the Ryan/Chelsea-Clinton Community Health Center in New York City. He is also a founding member and a current vice-chair of NACHC’s LGBT Health Task Force, focused on the development of cultural competence in LGBT care at all the nation’s health centers.
