Peggy Tighe JD

Peggy has advocated for the 340B program for nearly two decades. She serves as a Principal in Powers Law 340B practice group as Powers’ lead lobbyist on 340B issues/clients. As Legislative Counsel to Ryan White Clinics for 340B (RWC340B), she lobbies Congress, coordinates messaging, and actively engages with state 340B allies and coalitions. Peggy is also a lead organizer of Community Voices for 340B (CV340B), a grassroots advocacy group that raises awareness about the 340B Program, recently partnering with NACHC on social media engagement webinars. Peggy helped lead the 340B Rally and March on Capitol Hill in August 2022 and guides CV340B’s “Together Campaign” for 340B, a digital marketing campaign. Tighe helped draft the PROTECT Act (H.R. 4390), advises multiple 340B safety net providers on federal lobbying and state bills, and is a frequent speaker on various 340B webinars.
