Padma Sastry

Padma Sastry is Senior Director, Digital Transformation at Lowell Community Health Center. Padma has spearheaded the deployment of advanced technologies across the organization, from the implementation of AI powered patient engagement platforms to evolution in Virtual Care to make access equitable for both patients and care teams . Her digital enhancements and initiatives are numerous including shifting the former onsite call center to an anyplace, anytime patient access service center; digitizing clinical and business workflows; and re-shifting organizational analytics to publish first rate equity reporting to get better insights on the population we serve. In her role, she partners with leaders across the organization and external partners to ensure best in class methodologies are leveraged to achieve strategic priorities. As Senior Director Digital Transformation, Padma works on enhancing practices that drive health equity and launch tools that measure organizational impact and advance social justice.
