Kathleen Tracey MSN, CPNP-PC

Katie Tracey has been a pediatric nurse practitioner for 9 years, and over that time has seen how the degree to which technology is successfully integrated into patient care can make or break the patient and care team experience. Throughout her 5 years at Lowell CHC, Katie has worked on EHR improvement projects and 2 years ago officially transitioned to her current role as a Clinical Informaticist. In this role she implements training and optimization projects and leads communication strategy. Katie's unique position and skill sets have helped bridge the gaps between patient care teams and technology.
