Dave Kleiber MBA

David Kleiber joined Capital Link as a Project Consultant in May 2004. He has performed numerous feasibility analyses, market assessments, financial projections, and business plans for CHCs across the country. Dave specializes in helping centers utilize the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) program, having assisted in the preparation and closing of over $90 million in NMTC health center transactions. Responsibilities include working with heath center management teams to fully understand the mechanics, risks, and rewards of pursuing NMTC financing. He also works with health centers that need to use the more complex Targeted Population rules to attract tax credits.
