Meaghan Arzberger has over 12 year of experience working with low-income families. After years in the nonprofit field, Ms. Arzberger started at York County Community Action as the Director of Economic Opportunity where she oversaw asset building and housing services regularly assessing for efficiency. Ms. Arzberger’s passion for achieving mission, integration of services, and efficient service delivery led her to her current role helping YCCAC build integrated services, programs, and analyzing and compiling data across the agency.
