Kelly Engstrom is a managing director with Ward Circle Strategies, a veteran-owned small business, where she provides strategic communication and analytic consulting support services to a number of nonprofit and federal government clients. She has 20 years of management consulting experience serving a broad range of clients in the health, defense, and financial services industries. Since the passage of the Veterans Choice Act in 2014, Kelly has worked with NACHC to develop and implement strategies that increase health center awareness and participation in the Veterans Choice Program (VCP).
