Irene Hilton DDS, MPH is a dentist at the San Francisco Department of Public Health and is dental consultant at the National Network for Oral Health Access (NNOHA), HRSA’s oral health National Training & Technical Assistance Partner (NTTAP). A 35-years clinician, Dr. Hilton has dual faculty appointments in the School of Medicine and in the School of Dentistry, at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF), where she teaches medical students and Pediatrics and Family Medicine residents. For the last ten years she has worked developing NNOHA’s activities and publications on medical-dental integration and interprofessional practice as part of HRSA’s Integration of Oral Health and Primary Care Practice initiative.
