Yui Nishiike is a practicing Family Practice Nurse Practitioner who started at Lifelong 9 years ago as a new grad. She moved through several leadership positions and now has served as the Deputy Chief Medical Officer for Clinical Innovation for 3 years. She has lead many successful projects in Quality Improvement, nursing triage, standard procedures, provider retention efforts, and practice transformation. She leads with optimism, a collaborative spirit and apt for connecting strategy and tactics, she has recently acquired ‘and Informatics’ after the title, and assumed the responsibility for Health Information Technology (HIT), Data Analytics, Quality Improvement/Population Health (QI/PH) and Nursing for Lifelong.
