Start Corporation’s Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager, Catherine Broussard, is a quality assurance specialist with nearly 5 years of experience working in a not-for-profit setting. As such, she oversees data collecting and reporting for the federally qualified health centers. In addition, Catherine monitors all quality assurance projects for the health centers and reports this information to the Board of Directors on a monthly basis. To ensure compliance, she conducts chart audits on a regular basis for all clinic locations with in-service training and coaching provided, as needed. She also works closely with management staff to assist with reporting metrics for grant applications and other funding opportunities.
