Vice Chair, Lone Star Circle of Care

Scott Alarcón has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Georgetown Health Foundation since its inception in 2009. Alarcón received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and a Masters in Health Services Management from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. He also holds the designation of Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and is a BoardSource Certified Governance Trainer. He has served for more than a decade as a board member for Lone Star Circle of Care which sees over 93,000 unduplicated patients with over 350,000 annual visits through 23 clinics in Central Texas and Houston, Texas. Alarcón also serves as Chair of the American Council on Exercise and is a member of the St. David's HealthCare Board of Governors.
