Learn from ChapCare how text messaging has improved clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and internal operations, and how one initiative to increase enrollment led to other realized opportunities to use text messaging strategically with patients. Today, ChapCare uses CareMessage for appointment reminders, preventative care messaging, and interactive health education for patients. In partnership with CareMessage and UC Berkeley, ChapCare improved diabetes care management through text messaging intervention for low-income patients.
