Financial Operations Management Level 2 (FOM 2)


NACHC’s Financial Operations Management (FOM) Training Workshops offer health center Chief Executive Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Controllers, Finance Managers, and accountants an exploration of grants management, budgeting, profitability, and Medicare cost reporting. FOM 2 is the intermediate to advanced level workshop designed to provide mid-career level health center finance managers insight and understanding of the core qualities needed to approach the business aspects of financial operations, management, and service delivery.

This training will focus on the following CFO Competencies:

Advanced Technologies (Level 3)

Quality Management (Level 3)

Leadership (Level 4)

These competencies align with NACHC’s Value Transformation Framework (VTF), with detailed descriptions of knowledge and skill levels. NACHC resources are mapped to competencies in the TTA Catalog.


By the end of this two-day training, participants will be able to:
