As health care delivery continues its evolution from volume to value, the workforce charged with meeting the patient needs may feel improperly equipped, burned out, or behind the curve educationally or technologically. This session will highlight various approaches to retain and develop staff from care team models to the support of medical scribes utilized by health centers while reducing workforce shortages and strengthening their workforce.

Yet, they face some of the same workforce challenges and increasing competition for talent, as do many health centers. This session will highlight their perspective on the role of leadership in actively tackling workforce issues.

What considerations are important for health centers in rural areas? This session will feature the visions of three key federal partners for health centers and the health workforce of the future.
