Building and nurturing a collaborative partnership with the CEO is essential for effective governance. Confusion or disagreement over responsibilities leads to tension that reduces the effectiveness of governance. This presentation will look at practices that clarify expectations and assure communication to support a high-performing team with separate, yet complimentary roles and responsibilities.
