The various value-based payment models present a significant opportunity for health centers to increase revenues and demonstrate their value. However, these opportunities increase risk health center leaders need to recognize and understand how to navigate. This paper uses the experience of Optum Consulting to discuss key considerations around risk.

This paper provides health centers with some of the tools and expertise necessary to analyze and prepare for risk-based contracting.
