Harassment and charges of retaliation can have negative effects on a health center. This information bulletin 1) gives examples of conduct that constitutes harassment, bullying or whistleblower retaliation, 2) provides examples of consequences of harassment and retaliation, and 3) recommends steps that health centers can take to minimize instances of harassment and whistleblower retaliation, as well as protect itself from potential liability.
