This information bulletin is a planning tool to assist board in meeting their numerous obligations in a quality and timely manner. The document 1) distinguishes between strategic planning and creating an annual work plan, 2) suggests a process for establishing an annual work plan, 3) discusses the types of reports, reviews, and requirements that should be included in the annual work plan, and provides a sample annual work plan to use as a model.
