This webinar will look at the board chair’s role to assure long-term high-performance at the health center by leading the CEO’s annual evaluation and the board’s self-assessment processes, including the collection of constructive feedback for performance improvement. This presentation will also discuss leadership transition that includes thinking about the kind of leadership needed now and in the future.
