The aim of this Office Hour is to increase a Clinical Leader’s ability to actively participate and engage other clinical team members in effectively executing health center Quality Management activities, use bench-marking to actively identify clinical improvement opportunities, and support health center accreditation and Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition.
