 This information bulletin describes benefits of conducting a risk assessment and explains three main steps for a health center to conduct an assessment -- determining the type of risk to evaluate, working with staff to identify risks to the health center, and prioritizing risks based on which risks have the greatest chance to adversely affect the health center.
