This office hour brings together two subject matter experts to discuss and answer participants’ questions about the importance of advocacy as part of a clinical leader’s core competency development. The focus will be on enhancing a clinical leader’s role in advocating,within legal limits, for the role of the community health center with appropriate external entities, and guiding clinical staff in learning about and taking an active role in community mobilization for health.
