Cultivating Health Center Operations Training (CHCO)

The Cultivating Health Center Operations (CHCO) is an intermediate to advanced level training for health center operations leaders and managers. You will learn techniques to align the right people, processes, and places to support operational efficiencies and responses to an ever-changing environment. Whether your health center’s strategic goals include becoming a patient centered medical home (PCMH), expanding sites or services, or improving quality, financial and other performance measures, this training will provide strategies and best practices to help you achieve success.
This training will focus on the following C-Suite Competencies:
- Operations (Level 3)
- Personnel Management (Level 3)
- Leadership (Level 3)
These competencies align with NACHC’s Value Transformation Framework (VTF), with detailed descriptions of knowledge and skill levels. NACHC resources are mapped to competencies in the TTA Catalog.
By the end of this two-day training participants will be able to:
> Learn how to assess your organization’s readiness for change and identify areas that require transformation.
> Determine how to assess the market, identify facility space needs, and gather the data necessary for optimal outcomes.
> Understand how measures can create alignment across all levels of leadership and management.
> Learn about the whole culture approach to addressing clinician burden.
> Construct a practical roadmap for the successful integration of specialties at their organization, aiming to enhance patient care and streamline health center efficiency.
> Implement the appropriate levels of operational, technical, clinical and strategic support for telehealth.
