Public Health Priorities Division
The Public Health Priorities Division supports health centers, Primary Care Associations (PCAs) and Health Center Controlled Networks (HCCNs) in forging alliances with national and state public health agencies to address population health issues impacting health center patients. The Division's focus is on social drivers of health (including national PRAPARE efforts), environmental/climate impacts, and developing innovative care models aimed at eliminating health disparities and achieving health equity.
