Will Garos has been in the insurance industry since 1972 and in 1975, he opened his own agency specializing in health and welfare benefits. Will went on to build the largest benefits firm in Northwest Indiana-- Employer Benefit Systems. His son Matt joined him in the firm in 2007 and in 2014 they merged their company with the Meyers family agency to form the Meyers Glaros Group.
