William Tulloch MA, PCMH CCE

Bill Tulloch is Director of Government Recognition Initiatives at the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), where he manages several government contracts to promote medical home concepts in health centers and other facilities. He has worked with NCQA since 1997, including as: Director of Customer Resources, assisting organizations to improve their quality of care and service; Director of the Privacy Certification for Business Associates (PCBA) program; and Senior Accreditation Manager. Bill frequently serves as faculty for NCQA educational presentations, and helped to develop the Interactive Survey System. He has a master’s in Economics from the University of Maryland. Before joining NCQA, he worked at the health care consulting firm HTA (now Covance), helping medical product manufacturers work in the managed care setting.
