Vincenzo Scibelli is the Chief Compliance and Operations Officer at North End Community Health, Inc., where he oversees daily operations and compliance matters. He also maintains a clinical caseload of behavioral health patients, participates in a number of strategic planning groups, and teaches health center compliance and grant writing. Scibelli helped implement a number of clinical programs, including a Community Outreach and Health Education Program and a comprehensive Outpatient Opioid Dependency Program. He received a dual MA degree in Clinical Social Work and Public Health, with a concentration in Healthcare Administration, from Boston University, Massachusetts.
