Vicki Young PhD

Vicki Young, Chief Operating Officer with the South Carolina Primary Health Care Association, is responsible for overseeing the areas of clinical quality improvement, public affairs, advocacy, and outreach/enrollment. In 2007, she started her service with the Association as the department head for Clinical Quality Improvement. Vicki has more than 15 years of knowledge and practice in the areas of health care access, health disparities, and quality improvement programming, as well as research. She is committed to the improvement of the health status for all with an emphasis on access to and the provision of quality health care.
