Tunisia Bailey is a United States Army veteran and executive medical staff credentialing professional. Tunisia began her career with the United States Army in 2007 as a culinary specialist then HR professional. In 2015, Tunisia began her career in medical staff credentialing and payer enrollment after being honorably discharged for her military service. Since 2015, Tunisia has worked in various healthcare settings such as hospital, Credentials Verification Office (CVO), Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), and ambulatory surgical (ASC). She has served and chaired several healthcare committees such as Credentials Committee, Quality Committee, and Compliance Committee.
Currently, Tunisia works for PMG Credentialing, Inc. as the Compliance Manager where she oversees data integrity, corporate compliance, credentialing, and privileging functions. During her tenure with PMG, Tunisia has successfully migrated their database, established policies and procedures, and is currently spearheading accreditation.
