Start Community Health Center’s Director, Trudy Franks, LCSW, has thirty plus years in administration overseeing operations of inpatient and outpatient behavioral facilities. Mrs. Franks has experience in start-up, growth and overall operations of facilities. Her role with Start CHC for the past three years involves recruiting providers and employees, assuring regulations and accreditations are adhered to, and overall operations of the Centers. Mrs. Franks has experience working with a culturally, socially, and professionally diverse staff and patients.
