Tony Skapinsky MBA

Tony Skapinsky joined the staff of Capital Link in 2004. As a Project Consultant, he works directly with health centers by providing financial planning assistance related to facility expansion projects, including financial feasibility, and to access industry appropriate capital financing sources. Mr. Skapinsky also works on program initiatives that use data analytics to support the financial and operational performance improvement of health centers. Prior to Capital Link, Mr. Skapinsky worked for a regional Community Development Financial Institution in the Pacific Northwest as well as with community financing programs in Latin America. A former Peace Corps volunteer in Costa Rica, Mr. Skapinsky received his MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
