Tillman Farley, MD has been, since 1996, the Chief Medical Officer for Salud Family Health Centers, a migrant/community health center with clinics across north and northeast Colorado. Dr. Farley also has a regular full-time appointment as Associate Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Dr. Farley graduated from the University of Colorado School of Medicine, and completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Rochester. He spent three years in private practice in upstate New York, and then three years in practice in far west Texas directing two federally qualified rural health centers prior to moving back to Colorado. Dr. Farley has a strong interest in integrated primary care and has been working alongside behavioral health providers for 30 years. Under his direction, Salud has developed a large integrated behavioral health department with a significant emphasis on training the integr
