Teresa Huggins holds a Master of Business Administration, as well as a Bachelor degree in Agricultural Economics and a Health Care Executive Program Certification from the University of California Los Angeles, Anderson School of Management. Teresa Huggins, has served as CEO for Stigler Health and Wellness Center, Inc. (HWC), for 19 years. HWC has grown from one clinic with a $900,000 budget in 2005, into a multi-faceted regional health system for primary care which includes: (8) Federally Qualified Health Center clinic locations, (2) mobile units--dental and (MAT) medically assisted treatment, 2 inpatient substance use disorder treatment facilities and a detox unit, 3 pharmacies and 21 Head Start sites. HWC currently serves over 33,000 patients in rural Eastern Oklahoma. Teresa currently serves on the Oklahoma Health Care Authority Managed Medicaid Advisory Board, Patient Care Network of Oklahoma (PCNOK) Board Chair, Equity Group Advancing Access to Services, LLC. Board Chair, as well as, past President, Secretary and Legislative Coordinator for the Oklahoma Primary Care Association; and, locally, she serves on the CCRT (Community Crisis Response Team), Freedom House Board of Directors (Child Advocacy Center), and Kiamichi Technology Center Administrative and Business Advisory Committee.
