Suzanne Cohen is the Senior Director of Population Health at the Health Federation of Philadelphia, a public health nonprofit and regional network of federally qualified health centers. In this role, she leads work related to health care transformation, health information technology, and quality improvement. Suzanne also oversees a portfolio of other major grants and projects, managing a team of staff and consultants. She has worked at HFP in various capacities over the past twelve years, and previously led policy and public affairs at a state Planned Parenthood affiliate. She has a Master's in Public Health from the University of North Caroline - Chapel Hill.
