Sue Lin is the Acting Office Director at the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Bureau of Primary Health Care, Office of Quality Improvement (OQI). The Office advances the Health Center Program's (HCP’s) mission and impact by enabling quality improvement and activating innovation in health centers through program initiatives, training and technical assistance, strategic partnerships, and program evaluation and research. During her tenure at HRSA, Sue has led HRSA’s Health Center Program clinical quality initiatives in patient centered medical home transformation, cancer prevention, and cardiovascular disease prevention. Sue developed national training and technical assistance in comprehensive primary care service delivery with behavioral health, substance use disorder, oral health, HIV care, and public health. Sue established the HRSA Advancing Precision Medicine Initiative in partnership with National Institute of Health to support the participation of individuals from underserved communities in the All of Us Research Program. She received her PhD in Epidemiology from the University of Maryland, College Park and MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
