Sue Lin is the Deputy Office Director of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Bureau of Primary Health Care, Office of Quality Improvement (OQI). She previously served in OQI as the Quality Division Director, where she oversaw HRSA’s Health Center Program clinical quality initiatives of patient centered medical home transformation, quality improvement, and comprehensive primary care integration with behavioral health, substance use disorder, oral health, HIV care, and public health. Sue also directed HRSA’s Advancing Precision Medicine Initiative to support the health center’s participation in the All of Us Research Program. She received her PhD in Epidemiology from the University of Maryland, College Park and MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
