Stephen J. Hayes is a Public Health Analyst in the Health Resources and Services Administration Office of Women’s Health (OWH). He coordinates OWH activities in support of the development and implementation of the updated agency-wide HRSA Strategy to Address Intimate Partner Violence. Stephen also provides subject matter expertise in support of federal violence-related activities including the U.S. National Plan to End Gender-Based Violence: Strategies for Action.
