Dr. Sonia Reidy, MD, MS, FAAP grew up in Tucson, AZ. She is a graduate of the University of Arizona and has a master’s degree in clinical leadership from Union College in Schenectady, NY. Dr. Reidy obtained her medical degree at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. Her pediatric residency was at Phoenix Children’s Hospital where she was chief resident. She was in the first class of the Primary Care Transformation Executive Fellowship with A.T. Still University.
Dr. Reidy is fortunate to be part of El Rio Community Health Center where she serves the community she grew up in as a pediatrician and medical director. Her professional interests are in caring for at risk and underserved youth, refugee care, telehealth, program development and informatics.
Dr Reidy is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. In addition to her medical practice, she is on the board of the Western Clinical Network and serves on the Clinical Practice Committee for NACHC.
