As Director, Public Health Integration at The National Association of Community Health Centers, Sarah Price provides technical assistance for the integration of public health initiatives, including adult immunizations, pediatric weight management, and other emerging topics. Sarah works with Primary Care Associations and Health Center Controlled Networks on quality improvement and assists health centers to measure and improve their performance. Sarah serves as an Adjunct Faculty for Public Health Nursing at Georgetown School of Nursing where she guides nursing students through their public health nursing rotations. With over 20 years of experience in community and public health, Sarah is specialized in the strategies related to interdisciplinary care services and innovative primary care workflows. Sarah earned a Master of Science in Nursing-Education from George Mason University.
