Sarah Cho is the Vice President of Clinical Transformation and Health Informatics at Integrated Health Partners (IHP) of Southern California where she oversees the network’s technology initiatives and data governance infrastructure. She has over 14 years of experience with health care delivery across the care continuum, leveraging health IT for evidence-based initiatives, and the maintenance of centralized data aggregation and population health management tools. Prior to joining IHP, Cho worked for a large health system as the Corporate Director of Population Health Analytics where she led the data science team to transform big data into actionable insights for value-based programs. Cho received her B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of the Pacific and her M.P.H. in Research Epidemiology from Loma Linda University.
