Ms. Padilla was a program manager within various Chicago Public Schools managing health education programming and development, health surveys and analysis, and research. Mrs. Padilla coordinated research efforts at John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County in the Division of Adolescent Medicine. At AllianceChicago, Mrs. Padilla works closely with health centers and investigators on managing research initiatives, including clinical decision support, secondary data analysis, and nationally-funded research grants. She received her BS from Loyola University at Chicago School of Nursing in Health Systems Management and her MPH in public health with a concentration in Health Promotion from the University of Arizona.
