Raymonde Uy is the Physician Informaticist with the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC). At NACHC, Dr. Uy supports various Clinical Informatics needs of various grants and projects funded by the CDC, Buffett Foundation, and others on nationwide HIT concerns such as HIT policy, COVID-19, Million Hearts, Quality Improvement, Adult Immunizations, Childhood Obesity, HepB/C, HIV and others in support of community health centers (CHCs), Health Center Controlled Networks (HCCNs) and Primary Care Associations (PCA). In addition, he supports interoperability and QI initiatives between EHRs, electronic quality measures, and value-based care through the curation of more than 100+ VSAC published value sets, grouping healthcare terminology standards (ICD-10, SNOMED-CT, LOINC, RxNorm, etc.) intended for health data extraction and analytics for reporting to the CDC and other public health agencies.
